Question / Help Input Lag On My Mouse While Streaming

I have the same problem as this guy (https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/input-lag-on-my-mouse-while-streaming.7956/) and it does it on regular OBS also and it's only on csgo and I get average of 250-400fps while streaming and my VODS on twitch are absolutely perfect like 30fps no lag or anything if you need my log in a bit I will do a test stream and post it, please anyone with any advice helps cause this is extremely annoying.

that worked or doing that somehow changed something else also cause I set it back to max so fps_max 999 and it was like how it was before but still like the tiniest bit slow probably just the 100fps difference anyways thank you
