input lag obs capture Dota 2

Hi, I have a problem with the capture of the game Dota 2, it is captured, but when playing the movements and blows of my character are long and unresponsive, even without streaming can feel the delay, just when OBS is on

Characteristics of my computer:
Intel Core i3 12 100f
msi gtx 1050 ti
16 gb ram
2 monitor 75 hz

P.S FPS in the game is large, the processor and video card are not heavily loaded
