My starting scene does not have a webcam. When I go live and switch to my cam OBS is still holding the last frame from my cam and then it goes live. This lag lasts about 1 second and I'm trying to figure it out. I thought it might be because I had "deactivate when not showing" enabled but when disabled I get the same start up lag. I normally do a local recording before I stream to make sure that my audio is working right and that is when the camera pulls the last frame from.
