Ininite loop

On some streams, maybe an hour in, something goes wrong and there's and infinite audio feedback loop that is horrible. Logs don't appear to show much. If I restart obs and restart stream it goes away (like in this stream restarted and it ran for 2 more hours perfectly) https://vimeo.com/428884533 Happens exactly at 58:10 in this stream. Using thunderbolt black magic ultra mini recorder. obs 25.0.8 osx mojave If anyone has any ideas i'd be extremely grateful! we have some record releases from our studio this week and it's troubling that I have no idea what's causing this.

I've been using a BM mini recorder on a 2015 MBP for several years. I've never been a fan of the audio I get through HDMI in OBS (lots of odd crackles, crispness, etc) so I don't route my audio in through the BM device. I typically bring my audio into a sound board and then feed that into my MBP via a USB audio interface. IDK if that approach would help you, but its relatively easy to check.

Just out of curiosity, have you tried using a GPU driven encoder (Apple VT) rather than the software x264 one?
