First of all, the problem isn't mine but of a friend. I helped her configure her PC for streaming and everything works fine, for example with Overwatch. She can play, stream and chat via Discord with no internet problems at all.
It's only with Dota 2 that she has problems. When she starts streaming the ingame ping rises up to unstable 200ms instead of her usual stable 65ms. At first I tried to check her router config or any other kind of limit. We looked for people with similar problems, and when we found that Classic OBS had a "minimize network impact" she tried to stream with it, and it works smoothly (I don't know if she's using that feature, but I guess she is)
My question is why is OBS Studio not working? I suppose that the lack of the "minimizing" option is because it is the default, so I can't figure out a possible reason.
Thanks
PD: I can ask for logs if necessary
