Question / Help Ingame lag spike while streaming after a period of time and choppy stream. What do?

Hello all! I was wondering what would be the cause of my streams to be choppy despite dropping 0 frames. It would also be great if I could get some configuration help to help make my stream less choppy. My log file is here: https://obsproject.com/logs/ks5RI9ghBwGsdtZz
A test of the stream where the log file originated is here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/548631636
My specs are as follows:
GPU: Red Dragon RX 580 8GB
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
RAM: 2x 16GB DDR4 3200 Ripjaws
Edit: I tried using some commands I picked up from eposvox, which you'll see in the log file to no avail.

Note: At 18:41 into the stream, I felt the sudden ingame lag spike, despite frames not immediately dropping. If I had to correlate it with the timestamps in the log, it would be ~01:47?

01:49:59.203: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 10 (1.9%)

GPU overload.

01:58:09.854: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 227 (0.2%)
01:58:09.854: [rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] Freeing 2 remaining packets
01:58:09.854: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 432/104278 (0.4%)

You are not dropping zero frames. You're not dropping a lot of frames, but it's not zero.

At that timestamp you switched to a scene called ???? which is apparently your display capture. I assume you did that because of the spike, not before?

01:47:49.122: User switched to scene '???'
01:47:49.453: [game-capture: 'Game Capture'] capture stopped

Could have been a mispress in the way I binded my transition hotkeys so it might have triggered it. I'll see if I get some better performance from following the wikis you linked. Thanks again! One more thing, are my X264 configurations okay or should I adjust them?

They seem mostly reasonable. The bitrate is OK for 720p60 (4500 would be better). If you can hold the fast preset without dropping frames in encoding, by all means keep doing it.
