Question / Help Ingame FPS Over 60FPS/OBS Studio between10-30

I am seriously confused. I tried a couple of settings.

I am also streaming at 21:9 so dont feel weirded out by the weird resolution, i actually only stream at 720p though.
I also have a GTX 980 Two Way SLI Setup going and were wondering if that might be part of the issue?

Streaming with nvenc is a horrid idea when it comes to quality per bitrate.

In fact, using nvenc as your encoder may be the direct cause of your issue.

Here is the log with only one gpu enabled. still no improvement from what i could see when looking at the twitch stream. it still has low fps and is choppy.

And it's still happening at the same spot in the process.

What pci-e modes are your video cards in according to gpu-z?
Have you tried newer/older nvidia drivers?

I actually have to correct my initial observation of my stream not being fluid, when watching back the videos i just recorded, i noticed that lags and low fps isnt as apparent as when i was live streaming and monitoring the live stream. You can have a look yourself if you want. the last 3 videos on my page all have a special title which describes in which modes i streamed. I guess sli works after all, it just still seems to cap at about 40fps.

Or do you think that still looks too slow? I guess I am just bummed out i cant reach 60fps for some reason...

And my drivers are up to date. I never really was a fan of using older drivers :/.

I haven't moved off of 365.19 and haven't had any problems.
