Question / Help Ingame fps drop

Hi.
PC specs:

cpu i7-8700k default clock
gpu EVGA 1080 sc2
16gb ram

OBS settings:



So, when im playing without streaming my fps is OK but when i start streaming my csgo fps is under 200 ( usually its over 300 ) and in Pubg under 70 ( usually 144 ). I have win10 ver 1607 and older nvidia drivers because of latest Microsoft crap, also i tried to set affinity ( OBS 0 and 1 off, rest ON ) csgo (2,4,6,8,10 on rest off) nothing helped.

1. Log file is missing
2. What is your ingame fps limit and how big is the fps drop (you only said "fps is under 300" which sounds fine
