can someone explain me how to install it ?

There are steps but i dont know how to pass step two.

1. Place the dll in your \obs-studio\obs-plugins\32bit folder.
2. Add the InfoWriter Source to 1 scene (the scene doesn't have to be always active).
3. Configure the Source and select the textfile where you want the timestamps to be written to.
4. Set the hotkey you want to use in File -> Settings -> Hotkeys

How do i add addon to scene?

Can someone tell me how to do it (for dummies) in current version of obs stuido?

Try clicking the '+' sign in sources and choose infowriter.
If it isn't there you might not be using the 32bit version of OBS.
