Bug Report Infinite audio desynking

I have been trying to get audio input and audio output to be perfectly synked.
In my endevor, I have noticed that if anything updates in OBS the 2 audio devices will drift apart from one another by few ms. Every time.
Mute and unmute? Audio drifts.
Open filters? Audio drifts.
Mute unmute a third audio device? Audio drifts.

In the image is just an exaple of when OBS was first opened, then 1 audio device was muted and unmuted, and then I clicked everything I can on OBS.
And then I started to click nearly everything individualy.
That one time it didn't move was just a control that it doesn't drift if I don't touch OBS.
Tho sometimes It does drift even then, but it is a lot rarer.

I'm using Virtual cable to get audio from OBS to be input device.
And I use Reaper Plugins to filter my microphone and I use reaper Plugins to add delay to my speaker audio, to get it synked with mic audio. so it won't matter if I occasionally have something playing form the speakers.

At least 1 thing that is constant is the delay between the 2 audio devices when OBS is freshly restarted.
And I don't understand how anything could cause OBS to constantly add delay when it is touched...

How does this desynk show on Video.... well.. I haven't tested that yet as that ain't important for my case.

Also as far as my testing goes, this is not caused by the plugins.
