Question / Help Individual Main Settings Per Scene?

Is it possible to have each 'Scene' have its own settings??. As at the moment i have 3 scenes....

Capture Card (using my MageWell capture card)
Capture Display (Capturing local PC games, that dont support Game Capture)
Game Capture (Capturing Local PC games)

Now for each one of these scenes i have different settings i need to set, for example resolution, encoding method, framerate etc). At the moment im having to change these settings each time i use a different scene. I would have though creating different 'profiles' would have allowed me to have different settings for each profile but they seem to share all the same settings!!?

Well i have just created 2 profiles, Test1 and Test2.

Have switched to 'Test1' profile and gone to settings, ticked all the boxes in the the 'general' tab and then clicked apply. I then switched to 'Test2' profile and went to settings but all the boxes are already ticked from 'Test1' profile (surely they should be unticked as this is the default setting?), anyways i unticked them all and the clicked apply. I then loaded 'Test1' profile once more, but despite last time i loaded 'Test1' profile i enabled all the boxes in general tab and clicked apply they are now unticked which is what i did in 'Test2' profile!!

Main settings do not appear to be individual for each profile it would seem!!??
