With the addition of OBS-MP we gained separate stream/recording settings, (and multitrack audio to boot!) and it's SO AWESOME but i like to stream at 720-30fps because x264 makes a heavy hit on cpu for doubling frames and it takes up half my 8core if i have any cpu preset above ultrafast, and looks pretty bad otherwise even when i throw 3k bitrate at it...
anyways, i use AMF to record 1080p 60fps only doing 15% load on my gpu, so that's no sweat there, i don't want that to change. i want to stream at 720-30fps instead of 720-60fps but the fps setting is shared
now, i've tried putting other fps commands to try to override in the "x264 options" (-fps 30, --fps 30, fps=30, -frames 30, -framerate 30)
if theirs a trick to possibly make this work im missing, or maybe this can be added in soon (Jim plz), that would be really appreciated.
keep being awesome OBS team, you're leading the best open source program revolution i've ever seen and it's great to be a user since the beginning!
