Hey, I just started using OBS to capture my Tetris games from a NES console. I got everything working, and made a mask and an overlay image, but now I want to move parts of the captured game around relative to each other. I want to move the score, and line count and next box to all be stacked vertically. I've seen other streamers do similar things. I'm not really sure what this is called.
At first I thought I would just duplicate the source, then make a different mask, for example, to see only the score, and then position it where I want. But whenever I change a mask on one source, it also changes on the other (referenced) source/sources, making it impossible to have multiple masks. If I try making an independent copy of the source I get nothing, just a red square on the screen. Does anyone know how to make an independent duplicate source? Or is there some other way to move around pieces of the source?
