Incredible low upload speed causing dropped frames. please help

ile my download is alright at 400.

I pay for 30 upload and get 2 which is weird. I have contacted many times my ISP and the last one said it’s not on them when I’m getting so low upload that my frames are dropped like crazy. Idk what else to do and need help.

I saw that in my modem it says T3 Timed out. I changed modem, im connected via ethernet.

Any advice is appreciate.

in the help section on this site is an article on dropped frames.
Also, consider hardware resource utilization of your computer (can it keep up with what you've asked it to do).
And then there is posting your OBS log from a streaming or recording session, per the top pinned post in this forum
