Question / Help Incredible frame-drop (250k+)

Ever since the Twitch outage about a week ago I have been experiencing INSANE amounts of dropped frames while streaming. I never touched a setting, messed with my bitrate (6.5k) or changed ISPs, or anything like that during the time between the outage and now.

It's interesting because my viewers tonight said that my stream was smooth and they noticed NO frame loss/drop/lag of any kind - but my logs (attached below) show that I dropped over 250k frames during the course of 3-4 hour stream.

Is there anything I can change to avoid seeing the big red square and such astronomical frame drop? I hope the logs help out.

Thanks!

Use the Twitch Bandwidth Test to find the best Twitch server to stream to. Set Duration to Medium. You can uncheck any regions you're not near. After the test completes, click the Share Result button to upload a screenshot, which can then be copied and pasted here. Get TwitchTest from https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest

Good morning Osiris!

Here are my Twith test results. I ran this same test yesterday and got similar results. Hope this helps.

That means there is something wrong with your internet and the connection to twitch, you probably want to talk to your ISP.
