increasing audio delay 2 pc setup

Hello OBS Forums and anybody reading this, for a while i've been having an increasing audio delay the longer i stream.
I stream using the fullscreen projector method to my elgato HD60 X. All audio is on gaming PC.

frames missed due to rendering lag 0 (after 12 hour stream)
skipped frames due to encoding lag 0 (after 12 hour stream)

I've tried turning off device timings on both pc's , and checked to make sure both pcs audio inputs/outputs are at 48000hz(even though streaming pc says elgato sample rate is 44100hz,but through audio capture/mic it is 48000hz), and still no solution.

Thank you to anyone who looks at this

The Gaming PC log is incomplete but disable this stuff, fix your Scene & test again. Going to need a complete log.
17:37:56.065: Game Bar: On
17:37:56.065: Game DVR: On
17:37:56.234: HAGS Status: Enabled (Default: No, Driver status: Supported)

17:37:58.288: Loaded scenes:
17:37:58.288: - scene 'Main':
17:37:58.288: - source: 'MAIN MONITOR' (monitor_capture)
17:37:58.288: - source: '2nd Monitor' (monitor_capture)

17:37:58.288: - source: 'Rank' (text_ft2_source_v2)
17:37:58.288: - source: 'win - lose' (text_ft2_source_v2)
17:37:58.288: - source: 'be right back' (text_ft2_source_v2)

Other than Game DVR being enabled & the Elgato sample rate mismatch the streaming PC looks OK but is it really needed?

yes its needed because i record on steam recording beta at lossless quality on my gaming pc's 3080 ti, if i were to stream on it while recording lossless quality it would use alot of resources, plus i dont want a i9 9900k and 2080 ti just sitting on the ground behind wasting away so figured i would find a use for it by setting up a streaming pc.

i will start a little stream on the gaming pc just to post its logs here, other than that i will try to disable the stuff at the top and go again 12+ hours stream on streaming pc to see if the audio lags behind. It just sucks that this takes hours of streaming to see if the problem still happens.(just checked too game dvr and game bar are turned off on gaming pc but obs says its still on?)

Gaming pc log after 15 minute stream: https://obsproject.com/logs/CbmPFoBXxvd1UQhX

also ive done countless tests over the months of my i9 9900k vs 2080 ti at p7 with different settings and no matter what i see the cpu encoding produces better quality at 7k bitrate(reason why i want 2pc setup)

Disable that stuff before testing so you're not wasting more time than necessary.

Also, test the PC's separately, need to isolate the issue & determine where the lag is originating from.
