Question / Help Increase di i8 90thsplay size of MP4 file

I have converted an old VCR tape to an MP4 file on my computer which has produced good results, but my problem is that the resulting MP4 video image when played back is displayed quite small. Is there any easy way to scale up the size of display, accepting that the quality will be reduced ?

Scaling up an existing small resolution video is the task for the media player at playback time. You don't inflate the video. You zoom with the player.
