Hi all, first of all thanks for dedicating your time to such a cool program. It has helped me a lot in making gaming videos.
With the recent 0.16.X updates, I've been trying to record with AMD AMF. So far, I'm sticking with the default presets and have tried "High Quality" and "Indistinguishable", I try to capture at 60fps (on the game Overwatch).
In "Video" settings I set up 1920x1080 with Bilinear downscale filter and 60fps.
In High Quality, when I make tests in the menus, it records a 60fps video without issues.
But when I load into a game and record, the recorded video's frame rate drops down. The last one I did was at 52fps with the same settings that get me 60fps in the menus.
My computer should definitely be able to handle it:
intel core i7 4790K @4.00GHz
Radeon R9 390
RAM: 16Gb
Here are my 2 last log files:

What can I do to fix this?
