I record a show week to week with multiple sources 2 webcams at 30fps a Capture Device capturing a PC at 60fps all outputting to a 1080p 30 fps Recording. A lot of the content played on the 60 fps device are videos played at 29.97 fps. We have recorded many episodes over the years but every single time I either see perfect smooth capture from the device or I will get stuttering video and most recently I have also seen a lot of screen tearing along with stuttering. With this issue I want to point out the webcam sources while stutter occasionally are nowhere near as bad as the Video Capture Device (Elgato HD60s) I am trying to get to the bottom of this as I am starting to notice it more and more and I haven't a clue what is causing it. I have attached the most recent log from a recording where I was seeing a lot of stuttering, frame drops, and screen tearing coming from the capture device.
