up until last night , my OBS settings hadnt changed in ages with no problems. Now all of a sudden, any streaming of Formula Fusion causes incredibly rough drops in bitrate after a few minutes of playing. I decided to fresh install OBS, and the game, also drop down my bitrate and encoding as well as drop in game settings as well, change to a different server on OBS and all with a similar problem/result. Also, it WAS working regularly and with no issues previously @ 3000kb/s , scaled down to 720 @30 fps, Lanczos before this issues began. This has been literally an "overnight" issue and im totally lost.
