Inconsistent audio sync

I am having an issue with audio during a Live stream being fine one day then being off the next time. I might have a few good streams then a bad one. Today I did a recording to test and it was fine. When I launched the stream the audio sync was off. I am capturing video and audio feed from an ATEM TV studio through a MAGEWELL SDI video capture into OBS. I stream to Youtube and share on Facebook. When I start the stream and audio is in sync it stays in sync. When audio is out of sync it is out from the beginning.
Makes sense that the computer might be working against the stream. I will try disabling energy saving. What recommendation to replace McAfee to safeguard from intrusions?

Before changing any recommendations I ran a stream test first thing. The audio sync was fine here is the log.

Ran out of time will check other settings later. I did uninstall McAfee and am using windows security. I ran a test and the audio sync was off.

Had a successful stream today.
What I changed:
Disabled the buffer
turned off audio coming from ProPresenter
