Question / Help Include Audio on HDMI

The basics:
I've read a number of threads that state that audio is not included on the projector mode feed and it would "have to be configured manually," mentioned on one thread.
Any advice on how to get the audio included on an HDMI out? Is this a windows audio setting, other software or (cheap) hardware solution?

Additional details:
I use OBS to broadcast a live stream for our organization. I would like to take the OBS output and push it to a handful of TVs around the building. Our network bandwidth is not fast enough to support 5 downstreams at the same time, so I would really need to push to these TVs using an HDMI over cat6 distribution hub (or similar), but that means I need to somehow get the audio feed to send to the "projector"...

any advice?

my advice is that this scenario is impossible, you can't have not enough bandwidth for a compressed video but enough for uncompressed video.

Let me clarify. The local feeds would originate from a HDMI out on the computer that would then go through HDMI to CAT6 converters for distribution. I have to upload the feed through my phone hotspot to achieve enough upload bandwidth, which can reach as much as 9mbps, but the DSL for the building (the fastest available in our location) is only about 8mbps, which when there is also other ambient traffic cannot accommodate 5 TVs.

I really need to know, though, how to "manually" add the audio to the HDMI out that a few other threads have referenced.

Would this not require a computer hooked up at every TV? I do not have that, and that is not practical for the setup I have.
I already have Video over Cat6 pulled and hooked up to all of these TVs, the adapters terminate into an adapter that then plugs into the HDMI ports on the backs of them.

I tried to search the forum from your basic description and did not find much.
If you are suggesting something that can use the hardware configuration I have explained, then please point me to more detail.

Otherwise, I would like to know how to add the audio feed to the HDMI out.
