will we be able to add twitch new follower alerts from such sites as https://www.nightdev.com/followalert/ ?? (i chose this site as its one of the most popular ones) or will this not be in the latest version? if not, will it be a part of future versions?

Not in 0.5.0. Faruton is working on a Browser Source plugin for OBS Multiplatform but it is currently not planned to be included with 0.5.0 since it is not done yet.
