In Studio Mode, Preview is automatically updating Program without letting me Transition within a Scene

Like the Title says, Whenever I try and toggle on or off a source within a scene, in preview it will automatically push the change into my program feed before I click the transition button. This is as If the Studio Mode wasn't on. When I change between different scenes, OBS wont change without me pressing the transition button. I would like the control of how Studio mode was before I updated to 29.0.0. Any fix to make Studio Mode work as intended?
