Hi guys, i'm new on this forum.
I decided to look for help here because i noticed a strange thing. I tried to record Fortnite on OBS with these settings:
http://prntscr.com/od741w, http://prntscr.com/od74cd. I looked the record and the quality was really good, same the framerate. In game, when i'm not recording i have 140 fps+, during record 120 fps.
These days i've tried to record Dead By daylight, with the same settings. I have 100 fps off record, 80-100 during record. I noticed that the quality in the Dead by Daylight's record was really bad and laggy, but can't really understand why. I've tried to run these settings too http://prntscr.com/od76a4, but nothing.
I've looked for this forum and the result was nothing. Any solution?

PS: I use game capture and i've tried to enable V-SYNC and it wasn't laggy but the input lag rends the game unplayable.

There is a video when u can see the difference of smothness : https://youtu.be/-W9rXolL1UY

This a log of a record that i did with these settings http://prntscr.com/od76a4

Update Windows. Your version has a bug that can reduce OBS performance.

Aside from that, OBS needs GPU resources to work. If you leave in-game framerates uncapped it is normal to see a reduction while running OBS, and it is usual to expect to cap in-game framerates to guarantee smooth streaming/recording.

17:57:38.458: [jim-nvenc: 'recording_h264'] settings:
17:57:38.458: rate_control: CBR
17:57:38.458: bitrate: 70000

Also, CBR is suited for streaming, not recording. You should either use the Simple mode output for "indistinguishable quality, large file size" or if you must use advanced mode, select CQP rate control with a quality setting of 15 or so. (Don't go lower than that, but you can go higher if you get lag.)
