So I just bought myself a Logitech c920 webcam so I could try to start streaming again. However, whenever I record or stream, once I get in game on something the webcam starts lagging hardcore and I can't figure out why. I've improved my lighting conditions but still no luck. When I'm outside of a game at my desktop or something it runs smoothly. The moment I hop into a game of League though, it lags. The game itself records just fine, its just the webcam. What's weird though is that I can record form the Elgato capture software perfectly at 1080p 60fps - but when I stream from the Elgato software it has the same problem as OBS. So I'm just trying to figure out whats going on cause I have no idea.
My computer specs are:
Intel i7 6700 3.40 GHz
Geforce GTX 1070 FTW
Logitech c920 webcam
8 gigs of RAM
