Hi all,
I’m sure this has been asked before but I seem to be having trouble no matter which forum I read. So I thought I’d ask about a problem I have with my dual pc setup.
Firstly, is it possible to have a dual pc setup with two mics and have ingame chat plus stream desktop audio for Twitch?
I have a dual PC set up with everything but the game on a streaming PC whilst the game is playing on a gaming PC.
I noticed in Amazon’s Aeternum that I could not have ingame chat. I also noticed this is probably because when I checked the game settings it said no mic input detected. This makes sense as the mic is installed on the streaming PC and the headset which also is connected to the streaming PC.
So I changed the headset and installed onto the gaming PC. However when I switched the windows setting from HD60 pro to allow for desktop audio to be streamed on the streaming PC and onto Twitch, the desktop sound and gaming sound stopped being streamed - although I could now use ingame chat on my headset, as I set out audio output to headset. It also meant the game picked up my headset mic.
So does anyone know how to avoid this issue and have the headset as ingame and the desktop audio and blue mic streamed still on the streaming PC??
Hope that makes sense !
Hope someone can advise !!
Nick
