Question / Help In-game sound not working

Im a new user to obs, i started streaming tonight and couldnt hear in game audio on stream or in my headset, but my friends in discord could be heard in stream and by me. My in game volume is up. And also my stream keeps replaying audio for me over and over and over again but not to the stream.
