Question / Help In-game low FPS, stream 60 FPS, CPU usage 42%.

I am streaming Darkest Dungeon. When not streaming I get 60 FPS. When streaming, my stream is 60 FPS and CPU usage is at 42%. While ingame I get noticeable low FPS to the point it gets kind of annoying, the game works fine but the low fps is only on my side.

GTX 1060 6GB
16GB RAM
