Question / Help In-Game lag issues

So, if I have the x264 preset set to anything but ultrafast(which still causes this a small bit), games stutter and lag horribly. This is not simply a drop in fps. My test streams and test videos come out fine, it's just the aforementioned issues with the games themselves running horribly.

CPU: i5 2400 GPU: GTX 560ti RAM: 8gb 1333mhz(yes I'm using the 64 bit .exe)

I want to aim for 3500kbps bitrate, veryfast cpu preset, and possibly 60fps depending on the game.

post a log with your issue. make sure there is a test recording/streaming in it using the settings you are having the issue wiht
