In Game Framerate Drops and Windows Grinds to a Halt until OBS Crashes

I've been having an issue where after about a couple of hours of recording my framerate tanks to barely double digits and windows slows to a halt until OBS stops responding and I force close it. Afterwards everything goes back to normal.

dont use sRGB

use NV12 and 701 and Partial Yt and other hoster convert the file when you upload it as sRGB

Writing file 'D:/Videos/2022-02-10 11-55-24.mp4'...
dont use Mp4 use mkv when OBS crash the mp4 file will corrupt

USE CQP to Record

Not to be ungrateful because I do appreciate the input but do you expect any of this to solve my issue? This just seems like optimization advice to me.
