Hello, I am ballsout I stream on Twitch and I have been having an issue where the game I am playing is running fine but my stream quality is very poor. It did not use to have this problem but now all of the sudden I am having issues. The only way I have been able to fix it is by locking my in game frames to 60fps. I have tried messing with the settings, re-installing drivers, formatting my PC, and even reinstalling windows. I cant seem to fix the issue, I will attach my PC specs and my OBS logs on this thread. Thank you!
