Question / Help In-game FPS drop so much when opening OBS

Hello there
So today i was planning to play and record Minecraft. I recorded some games and it is perfectly fine and no lag. But after i open OBS, my in-game Minecraft become so laggy. After i close OBS, Minecraft FPS normal again. Any how i can fix that? Here's my log file btw:

1) Run only one instance of OBS. The opening of the logfile indicates you're running two.
2) Probably your machine just can't handle running Minecraft at the settings you've specified and OBS also. The OBS log also shows 8% of frames dropped due to rendering lag. It looks like you're running on integrated Intel graphics as well...

As has been answered multiple times to this user so far:
The system is too old to be able to use OBS to capture minecraft. Period.
The computer lacks the hardware support for functions that allow for fast capturing of OpenGL games (which minecraft IS).
