My settings are good, but don't exactly give me the crystal-clear 1080p60 that I want (recording Xbox One from a capture card). Can anyone offer me any help to improve my settings?

CPU - Intel i5-6400T
GPU - Intel HD 530
RAM - 8GB
Ping - 17 ms
Download speed - 196.53 Mbps
Upload speed - 5.96 Mbps

Recording Settings
Lanczos, 60FPS
1920x1080
Encoder - x264
Rate control - CRF
CRF - 15
Keyframe interval - 2
CPU Usage Preset - Superfast
Profile - Main
Tune - Film

Also, here's this: https://obsproject.com/logs/Is80ub8V42hYnqYB

Thanks for any help!

Not really, given the hardware you have.

I'm not sure the film tuning in your encoding settings is helping things be clear, though. That's to adjust deblocking to compensate for film grain... but you're not processing image shot on film. It's for video content, not games.

Ok you only wanÄt to record that can go with luck
even how much speed your hdd give and your cpu has power left
the tune option mostly more load not the best without can be better (related to your content fast/slow minimal/maximal changes from frame to frame

CRF reduce by 3-7 (new CRF at 12 10 8) reduce one by one and check the moment it stop increasing quality

then you only can change the x264 options per default in every Preset are features that "sometimes" useless for your personal need
but makes cpu load adjust that can save up to 30% of the workload from a higher quality preset to bing it to a level your cpu can handle (hard work there is not really a generally its related to your frames setup)
