Improve Recording Quality

I stream and record simultaneously and want to improve my recording quality without using too much storage space. I’m currently using the stream encoder that provides decent quality, but I’d appreciate any tips for better results.

• Streaming resolution: 1080p
• Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400T CPU @ 2.00GHz 1.99 GHz
• Installed RAM: 12.0 GB (11.8 GB usable)
• System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I stream a mobile MOBA game via a screen mirroring app and typically stream for a couple of hours while recording. To simplify editing, I stop and restart the recording every hour. I aim to keep the file size around 10 GB per hour of recording.
