Question / Help Impossible to use OBS Studio with Rainbow Six Siege

Hello everyone,

I have a big issue with my OBS Studio and Rainbow Six Siege.
I only have OBS Studio launched (no streaming and no recording started) and Rainbow Six Siege. My FPS counter on OBS Studio drop to 0-2fps when I start a game and all my actions on Rainbow Six Siege take long to execute.

I tried to reinstall OBS Studio and I have the same issue with no scenes and no sources.
Rainbow Six Siege is the only game that I have this problem.

My PC Specs :
i5 4690k
MSI Z97 GAMING 5
GTX 980 Ti Gaming 6G
Windows 10

1. Disable windows game mode
2. Make sure the in-game fps is limited either by enabling vsync or some other way to add fps cap.

I enable vsync on Rainbow Six Siege and it's better, but not perfect because my FPS counter on OBS Studio is not stable... between 30- 60 fps without streaming and recording launched.
