Question / Help Impossible to record Office pack

Hello,

Whenever I try to record a program from the office pack, using the record window ability. It doesn't work. It just gives me a black screen. Other programs work fine, but, at least Powerpoint and Word, don't seem to work. Am I doing something wrong?
