impossible OBS set up for a very old PC?

I know this seems like an impossible task, but I want to ask for help

I have used OBS for livestreaming for two years, but I feel like there's a better setting, but I don't know how to
My PC specs are:
- CPU: AMD FX-4500
- GPU: AMD R7-200 series
- RAM: 16 GB

Can anyone help me with a possible setup?
Thank you very much for your attention

Which CPU? I'm not finding reference to a FX-4500 CPU
The issue is bigger though in that you are asking about livestreaming (presumably via Internet service) on a CPU that is NOT Windows 11 capable, right? So, yea, if on Win10 and signed up for ESU, then you have a 10-month reprieve, but will need to replace system, or go with Linux instead (or similar).

As for an under-powered system... lots of historical threads on this. Requires deep understanding of Operating System (with heavy optimization, typically) as well as OBS Studio. Optimizing the OS... is all about the 'it depends', what I do, may not work for someone else.
There are those who do 1080p30 streaming with what I think is similar level of gear... so single camera, probably very doable, with expertise

oh sorry i mean FX-4300 series
but yeah I also understand that my PC is too old for this, but this PC have higher performance compared to my 2020 asus laptop simply because this PC have dedicated GPU
that's why I still hope that I can maximize obs setting in this PC
But, thanks for the answer

Uh... no.
A dedicated GPU, with properly configured encode offload will certainly help... maybe... some newer CPUs have better/more efficient H.264 (especially) encode offload capability. There are certainly circumstance that a thermally limited laptop, with low power PCU, might still out-perform an older desktop... it really does depend.

And certain plugins, and OBS Studio settings drive more CPU... so you have to (on an under-powered system) carefully balance load across CPU, GPU, RAM, etc.... be that the ancient desktop, vs simply old laptop. Granted an ultra-low power CPU (U-model) laptop will definitely struggle with computationally demanding tasks
