Hello, I've been using OBS for years now. I normally use a transparent video file for my stream overlay. I've noticed some frame rate fluctuation only when having this media file imported into my scenes when I stream. If I remove the overlay, suddenly my frames are fine and stay at a consistent 60fps. I've also tried rendering my video overlay in the same framerate as the stream but nothing seems to fix my issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
