Implications of OBS Server Configuration

Hello,

I came across OBS Server configuration as I was reviewing the settings user interface. In the websocket configuration, I see an IP address, socket number, and password. I did not set this. I have various questions about this:

Is this configuration preset?

Does this means whatever I am recording is viewable through that IP and socket address?

Is there a way to disable this feature?
