Bug Report Immediate crash on recording start

Kind of annoying, started as soon as I updated to 16.3. Was hoping it was just me trying to record a game my PC cant quite handle but then I tried just recording my desktop at 720p30 with only 3500 bit rate and still crashes immediately, im given an encoding overloaded warning. Happens on both x264 and when using my GPU.

Hi! Please include a log from a session where this issue occurs. If OBS is actually crashing ("Woops, OBS has crashed!"), then please also include a crash log for that session (located in "%AppData%\obs-studio\crashes").
