Question / Help Imediately help needed!Encoder problem!Tried everything

if i am not correct,i think i had changed some things like the encoder from NVCEC to x264 if this matters please let me know ifi have to do it again

Other than that,the support of obs i have to say was really slow?not helping as it should be?i dont know how to say it but i am using Mirilis Action now on because the problems on obs are 2 many problems that a regular streamer or whaterver would be able to solve them,i would rate the support 5/10 as it was mostly helpless and mostly took a lot of time to reply,i am not saying you guys didint care,of course you did and i dont blame you,i am just saying that such a awesome program should have a better support as its free and there are bugs
