I have a rather complicated setup, so bear with me for a moment.
For a DnD campaign, I have a raspberry Pi taking screenshots of our dice roll stats to see, which player rolled what. (Unfortunately, there is no easier solution since the official one includes browser sources, but the software we use is a bit wacky with sessions and cookies).
This screenshot is transferred to my NAS filer at home, where I then take the image (a PNG file) and import it into my OBS where I first use Chroma key to key out the background (classic green screen) and then crop and place the image in a scene.
Now, HERE is the problem: Whenever the Raspberry Pi is taking a new screenshot and uploading it to the NAS, the image in OBS vanishes. It just shows nothing anymore.
This does NOT happen (for example) with the overlay I created in Photoshop. When I change and save the file, it updates the overlay in OBS in the blink of an eye.
Has anyone an idea for a solution, or even a work around (I don't mind right now which one it is)?
