No. Well, not without any work.
You could try to use obs-urlsource: https://obsproject.com/forum/resour...ve-data-media-and-ai-on-obs-made-simple.1756/ but it depends on whether the authorization flow is simple enough for Google Photos API. If it requires OAuth with redirection, you're pretty much out of luck.
