Image Shake/Wobble

Hi - When I hook up my Google Pixel 4a via USB as a camera, I get an image athat ever so slightly shakes even though the tripod is rock-solid. This doesn't happen on the phone if I am just shooting video on the phone, only when using DroidCam OBS on the phone and OBS on the laptop. I have another phone, a Motorola Moto G6, and this does not happen with it. I'm trying to shoot 1920x1080 HD at 30 fps. Running Win10 on the laptop. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

If you turn on Camera2 API in the apps settings, that should get rid of the wobble.
It is the system image stabilization kicking in when it should not.
