Question / Help Image Opacity Bug?!

Hi there,

I'm creating a new overlay and came across this. After adding the Color Key Filter to lower the opacity of my image, I then chopped the image by holding the Alt key and dragging the frame over. Upon doing this, the image becomes even less visible and doesn't work on the same Opacity settings. Is that normal?

Actually, it affects any Filter that has Opacity option (from an ancient days to the recent v17.0.0).

This is the bug.

My congratulations! You just discovered a new bug!.. Probably, nobody uses this opacity option at all :)
