Bug Report Image Mask/Blend does not refresh the image when the file changes

I have a Window Capture which has an effect filter "Image Mask/Blend" pointing to an image file.

But the image in OBS Studio remains unchanged even the image file is updated.

Is it a bug? Is it in the debug plan?

I doubt OBS is monitoring the file for changes on the fly. To change the image you'd probably have to remove the filter and then add it again.
