Hello, I have an image in the stream, when I stand still, the picture becomes perfect, but as soon as I start moving, it is distorted. Please help me sort it out. I am attaching a video: https://youtu.be/C6OfypSWN3A
PC Features: Ryzen 7 2700 3.2 GHz 16 (processors)
HyperX Fury Ram 16GB
Radeon RX 590 8Gb
OK: Windows 10
I also attach screenshots of obs settings:

You are using "very fast" preset with 1080p 60fps 6000k bitrate, So it will look blurry/pixelated unless you stand still as you said.
I suggest either dropping to 900p "medium/fast" or 720p "medium/fast" and see what that looks like and play around with it.
Honestly unless you are partnered (assuming twitch?) to push more bitrate i wouldnt bother with 1080p. Bunch of people may not be able to watch unless you have encoding options on your channel.

Also your video is "private"

Can you post a log file from last test ? also your in game settings like graphics ect can influence your quality on stream putting high stress on CPU n stuff being single pc streaming
You can also try a filter on your game capture source in OBS "sharpen" and see how that goes. Just leave the sharpen filter at default setting
Can you post a 720p and 900p for comparison ? Honestly chasing only 1080p i think it whats going wrong here. 720p 60 would look far far better
