Question / Help iMac Pro no longer seeing image from AV Bridge

Hello all, thanks for the time.

I run an auditorium, we run a program signal from a Vaddio AV Bridge into an iMac Pro using USB 3.0

About a week ago the iMac stopped seeing video from the bridge. I have re-installed all software, updated firmwares, and attempted all reseeding tactics to no avail.

When I plug the same usb connection into my old Mac Pro, the signal comes right through.

I am wondering is this has to do with the most recent update, has anyone else run into this issue?
