Imac no sound through mic

I cannot get permissions for OBS to use the mic it asked me on initial install and I missed it, I cannot get it too show up now.

Ive tried to request permission and I have uninstalled and removed every file I could find regards OBS and reinstalled but it remembered all setting and still no access to mic.

I can OBS to use mic via terminal but this is very inconvenient.

You don't see 'OBS' disabled under System Settings->Privacy&Security->Camera?

Settings->Privacy&Security->Audio, switch on/tick the box for OBS. If it's already on then go to OBS setting, audio then select it under AUX audio.
